In the craziness of EMS and the chaos that often ensues in each episode of the Muppet Show the “show” often goes on successfully. Despite the stresses from Kermit (producer) and Scooter (stage manager) or the antics of Gonzo, Miss Piggy and Fozzie Bear (and the distractions they bring) the entire cast of characters always rises to the challenge. In EMS, we experience the same craziness, distractions, and unique cast of characters. This session will describe the unique and “quirky” personalities we encounter in the EMS workplace and provide strategies for bringing them all together into a cohesive team that make the EMS show happen successfully.
