False Claims Act cases against ambulance services are not rare, but getting one dismissed by a federal court judge is almost unheard of.  When something this big happens, as it did recently, we need to understand why.  In this session we’ll explore the five factors relied on by one federal court to dismiss allegations of fraudulent billing and upcoding of ambulance claims.  We’ll also discuss how to apply key points from the case to give your organization a defensible position against whistleblower lawsuits and government investigations.
