We’ve all heard that the “tone from the top” is what makes a compliance program successful. But what about the tone in the middle? We’ve dealt recently with agencies who’ve discovered compliance violations and illegal behavior that involved training officers and mid-level supervisors. The compliance officer alone can’t create a culture of compliance within an agency even with support from the top leadership. This session will explore how to identify and cultivate Compliance Champions within your agency to foster a culture of compliance at all levels.
